Mary Besley of Cullompton in the county of Devon the sole executrix named in the last Will and Testament of James Besley late of the same place, labourer who died on fourteenth day of March 1821
This is the last Will and Testament of me James Besley of the parish of Cullompton in the county of Devon laborer
I give and bequeath unto my wife Mary Besley all my money securities for money debts goods chattles estate and effects of what nature or kind soever and wheresoever the same shall be at the time of my death
And I do nominate constitute and appoint my said wife sole executrix of this my last Will and Testament hereby revoking and making void all and every other Will or Wills at any time heretofore by me made and do declare this to be my last Will and Testament
In witness whereof I the said James Besley have to this my last Will and Testament contained in one sheet of paper set my hand and seal this twelfth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty one

Signed sealed published and declared by the above named James Besley as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses thereto
