Appeared personally Hannah Blackmore of Cullompton the executrix named in the last Will and Testament of George Blackmore of the same parish sergeweaver who died on the 25th day of January 1831
This is the last Will and Testament of me George Blackmore of Cullompton in the county of Devon sergeweaver
I give devise and bequeath unto Henry Hill of Cullompton aforesaid shopkeeper his exors admors and assigns all those three dwelling houses with the appurtenances thereunto belonging situate in New Street in the town of Cullompton aforsd in the several occupations of Samuel Way James Way and William Westacott
Upon trust to pay the rents issues and profits thereof after deducting any sum or sums of money which may have been laid out and expended in the necessary repairs thereof and for and insuring the same against fire unto my wife Hannah Blackmore or otherwise permit and suffer her to receive the same for her own use and benefit for and during the term of her natural life
And from and immediately after the decease of my said wife I give devise and bequeath the sd three dwelling houses with the appurtenances unto my nephew William Blackmore son of my brother Joseph Blackmore his exors admors and assigns
Subject nevertheless to and charged and chargeable with the payment of the sum of one shilling and sixpence weekly and every week to Mary Blackmore the mother of the sd William Blackmore for and during the term of her natural life
And also subject to and charged and chargeable with the payment of the sum of thirty pounds to Sarah Tarrington otherwise Vincent
All the rest residue and remainder of my houses lands tenements and hereditaments and all my money securities for money goods chattels and effects of what kind or nature soever subject to the payment of my just debts and funeral expenses I give devise and bequeath unto my said wife Hannah Blackmore her heirs exors admors and assigns
And I nominate constitute and appoint my said wife Hannah Blackmore sole executrix of this my Will
And I do hereby revoke and make void all other Wills by me at anytime heretofore made and I declare this to be my last Will and Testament
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twentieth day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty nine
