Proved in the Archdeaconry Court of Exeter 26th Feby 1836
Appeared personally Mary Broom of the parish of Collumpton in the county of Devon widow the executrix by implication named in the last Will and Testament of Thomas Broom of Wheatcroft in the said parish of Collumpton yeoman her late husband who died on the seventeenth day of September 1835
I Thomas Broom of Wheatcroft in the parish of Columpton in the county of Devon yeoman being of perfect mind and memory do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament that is
Principally and first of all I recommend my soul into the hands of Almighty God and with respect to worldly estate I give bequeath and dispose of it the following manner
I give and bequeath unto my dear wife all my money cattle household furniture and other effects for the benefit and use of herself and the child for which she is now pregnant
But should my said wife and child both expire at or about the time of her confinement I give and bequeath unto my brothers and sisters then living all my personal property before marriage to be equally divided share and share alike and all property belonging to my said wife before marriage I give and bequeath to the brothers and sister of my said wife who shall be then living hereby revoking all other Wills by me at any time heretofore made
In witness hereof I have hereunto unto set my hand and seal this twentieth day of July one thousand eight hundred and thirty five
