Proved in the Registry of the Archdeaconry of Exeter the 25th August 1821
Margaret Bussell of Cullompton in the county of Devon, widow the sole executrix of John Bussell late of Cullompton aforesaid, tailor who died on the 25th day of June 1821
This is the last Will and Testament of me John Bussell of Cullompton in the county of Devon tailor
I give devise and bequeath all my messuages lands tenements and hereditaments and also all my monies securities for money goods chattles and effects of what kind or nature soever unto my wife Margaret Bussell (subject to the payment of my just debts) for and during the term of her natural life or so long as she shall remain my widow and unmarried
And from and immediately after the decease or marriage of my said wife I give devise and bequeath the same unto my daughter Hannah Bussell her heirs executors administrators and assigns
And I nominate constitute and appoint my said wife sole executrix of this my Will and I do hereby revoke and make void all former Wills by me made and declare this to be my last Will and Testament
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this eleventh day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fourteen John Bussell
