Proved in the Archdeaconry Court of Exeter 15 Feby 1830

Appeared personally Elleanor Holland and Ann Woolcott of Uffculme in Devon executrixes by implication named in the last Will and Testament of Sarah Churley of Colompton in said county who died on the fifth ofDecember last

This is the last Will and Testament of me Sarah Churley spinster of Cullompton in the county of Devon made the twenty first day of July in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty eight (that is to say)

I give and bequeath to my brother Thomas Churley nineteen guineas to be paid him by my sisters in three months after my decease

I give and bequeath to my sister Elizabeth Bastin my gold ring and silver milk jug and little table

I give and bequeath to my sisters Ann Woolcott and Ellen Holland all my wearing apparel and bed to be divided between them two

The remainder of my monies I give and bequeath to my four sisters share and share alike after my funeral expenses are paid namely Elizabeth Bastin Ann Woolcott Ellen Holland and Mary Pannell ratifying and confirming this to be my last Will and Testament

In witness whereof I the said Sarah Churley spinster have to this last Will and Testament set my hand and seal the day and year first above written
