Memorandum that Phillip Clash of Langford within the parish of Columpton in the countie of Devon lying sick att his house att Langford aforesaid and being of perfect mind and memory did upon the twelveth day of May one thousand six hundred fiftie and seaven in the presence and hearing of John Challise Peter Wright Humphrie Prescott and Thomas Harding make and declare his last Will nuncupative in manner and forme following
First he said that he did appoynt and make William Wright of Bradninch to be his executor and next he did give his working daies suite of apparell unto Thomas Harding his usual workman
In witness whereof wee they said John Challis Peter Wright Humphry Prescott and Thomas Harding have hereunto sett our hands the second day of June in the yeare of our Lord God one thousand six hundred fifty seaven John Challis Peter Wright Humphry Prescott the mark of Thomas Harding
This Will nuncupative was proved at London the four and twentieth day of the month of November in the year of our Lord God one thousand six hundred fiftie and seaven before the Judges for Probate of Wills and granting Administrations lawfully authorized by the oath of William Wright the sole and only executor named in the above written last Will and Testament of the deceased to whome administration of all and singular the good chattells and debts of the said deceased was granted and committed he being first legallie sworne by virtue of a commission truly and faythfully to administer the same
