Appeared personally Henry Dodge of Cullompton in the county of Devon Woolcomber the son and sole executor named in the last Will and Testament of Henry Dodge formerly of Cullompton aforesaid but late of Bradninch in the said county of Devon woolcomber deceased who died on the seventh day of May 1835
I Henry Dodge of Cullompton Devon woolcomber do by this my Will give and devise to my son Henry Dodge his heirs executors admors and assigns my houses in Collompton and all other my freehold leasehold and personal property subject to the charges thereon and make him sole executor hereof
Dated this 23rd day of November 1832
Signed published and declared by the said testator as and for his last Will in our presence who in his presence have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses
