Executrix Elizabeth Dubb of same, widow

This is the last Will and Testament of me William Dubb of Cullompton in the county of Devon victualler

I give and bequeath unto my daughter Harriet Dubb the sum of one hundred and fifty pounds of lawful money of Great Britain to be paid her by my executrix hereinafter named on her attaining the age of twenty one years or day of marriage and the interest arising therefrom

In the meantime to be applied towards her maintenance and education which said sum of one hundred pounds is now deposited in the bank of Messrs Skinner and Brown in Cullompton aforesaid where I desire it may still remain unless my executrix should think it necessary and for the benefit and advantage of my said daughter to place the same elsewhere

All the rest residue and remainder of my household goods and furniture stock in trade monies securities for money and other effects of what kind or nature so ever I give and bequeath unto my beloved wife Elizabeth Dubb if she shall continue my widow

But in case she shall happen to marry then I direct that the stock in trade and household goods and furniture shall be immediately valued and one half of the amount of the same to go to my said daughter in addition to the legacy hereinbefore given to her

And I appoint my said wife whole and sole executrix of this my Will she paying all my just debts and funeral expenses and I do hereby revoke and make void all Wills by me made and declare this to be my last Will and Testament

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the fourteenth day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twelve

Signed sealed published and declared by the said William Dubb as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request in his presence and in presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses
