Proved in the registry of the Archdeaconry Court of Exeter the 10th March 1820
Executor William Brown of the parish of Cullompton in the county of Devon esquire named in the last Will and Testament of Evans Frank late of Cullompton who died in April last
This is the last Will and Testament of me Evans Frank of the parish of Cullompton in the county of Devon
I give and bequeath unto my niece Frances Brown the fee simple and inheritance of all that dwelling house called Dorothy Normans in which I now live together with all my household goods and furniture of what kind so ever she paying unto Mary Dunn my old and faithful servant three shillings weekly and for every week during her life
To my nephew Richard Brown of Honiton I give my garden situated at Shortlands and one hundred pounds of lawful money of the United Kingdom
To William Brown junr ten pounds ten shillings
To Mary Frank Brown ten pounds ten shillings
To Elizabeth Brown two pounds two shillings
To Francis Brown two pounds two shillings
To Caroline Brown two pounds two shillings
To Edward Brown two pounds two shillings sons and daughters of the above named Richard Brown
The remaining part of my property of what kind soever after my debts and incidental expenses are paid I hereby bequeath in manner following one fourth part of the clear amount unto my nephew William Brown one fourth part unto the within named Richard Brown and the remaining two fourths or one half of the whole sum unto the within named Frances Brown
Lastly I hereby constitute and appoint my nephew William Brown senr executor of this my Will which I hereby declare to be my last as witness my hand this sixteenth day of May
