Appeared personally Sarah Fenning of the parish of Shobrooke in the county of Devon widow the sole executrix named in the last Will and Testament of Mary Goldsworthy late of Cullompton in the county of Devon spinster who died on the fourteenth day of December 1855
This is the last Will and Testament of me Mary Goldsworthy of Cullompton in the county of Devon spinster made this eighth day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty four
I give devise and bequeath to my nephew William Fenning son of my sister Sarah Fenning sixteen pounds to my nephew George Fenning sixteen pounds to be paid to them respectively at the expiration of two calendar months after my decease.
I also give to the said William Fenning my bed bedding bedstead and furniture.
And whereas my brother William Goldsworthy (lately deceased) by his last Will and Testament bequeathed to me a legacy of fifty pounds payable on the death or second marriage of his widow I give and bequeath the same unto my said two nephews and my said sister share and share alike
And all the residue of my property of what nature or kind soever I give and bequeath unto my said sister Sarah Fenning and hereby appoint her my said sister sole executrix of this my Will revoking all former Wills by me at anytime heretofore made
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand the day and year above written

Signed published and declared by the above named Mary Goldsworthy the testatrix as and for her last Will and Testament in the joint presence of us who in her presence have subscribed our names as witnesses hereto this 8th day of October 1855
