Proved in the Archdeaconry Court of Exeter 6th June 1855
Appeared personally Charles Harvey of Cullompton in the county of Devon one of the executors named in the last Will and Testament of Richard Harvey late of Cullompton aforesaid grocer deceased who died on the ninth day of April 1852
This is the last Will and Testament of me Richard Harvey of Cullompton in the county of Devon grocer
I give and bequeath unto my wife Mary all the rents and profits of my several dwelling houses with the appurtenances thereunto belonging and all interest of money that may become due from time to time for money which I have lent on mortgages or otherwise and every thing that I may die possessed of (except my household goods and furniture) of what nature or quality the same be during the term of her natural life, subject nevertheless to the payment of my just debts funeral expenses and the expense of proving this my Will
And as to my household goods and furniture I give and bequeath the same unto my said wife Mary and her sole and separate use and to be at her disposal.
And I direct that my said wife shall reside in my dwelling house where I now reside
And from and immediately after the decease of my said wife I then give devise and bequeath unto my son Charles Harvey of Cullompton aforesaid grocer all my dwelling houses and premises gardens and appurtenances thereunto belonging securities for money and every thing that I may die possessed of be the same what it may or of what description (except my household goods and furniture which I have hereinbefore given and bequeathed to my said wife Mary and to be at her disposal)
And lastly I hereby nominate constitute and appoint my said wife Mary executrix and my said son Charles executor of this my last Will and Testament
In witness whereof I the said Richard Harvey have to this my last Will and Testament subscribed my hand this twenty second day of February one thousand eight hundred and fifty one
