Proved 29th March 1853 in the Archdeaconry Court of Exeter

Appeared personally Jane Hill of Cullompton in the county of Devon widow executrix named in the Will of Henry Hill late of Cullompton aforesaid collector of taxes who died on the fifteenth day of March 1853

This is the last Will and Testament of me Henry Hill of Cullompton in the county of Devon collector of taxes and constable

First I give and bequeath unto my wife Jane all my household goods and furniture china glass silver spoons and all my other silver articles monies

Also all that may be due on my life insurance from the West of England office in the city of Exeter

And everything that I may die possessed of subject nevertheless to the payment of my just debts funeral expenses and the expense of proving this my Will

And lastly I constitute and appoint my said wife executrix of this my last Will and Testament

In witness whereof I have to this my last will and testament subscribed my hand this thirtieth day of September one thousand eight hundred and fifty one Henry Hill

Signed published and declared by the said testator Henry Hill as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses thereto
