Appeared personally William King of Cullompton in the county of Devon yeoman the son and sole executor named in the last Will and Testament of Elizabeth King late of Colebrook in the parish of Cullompton in the said county widow who died on the 26th day of December 1846
This is the last Will and Testament of me Elizabeth King of Colebrook in the parish of Cullompton in the county of Devon (widow) made the seventh day of April one thousand eight hundred and thirty seven that is to say
First I give unto my son Robert King the sum of five pounds to be paid him by my executor hereinafter named immediately after my decease
I give unto my daughter Ann King the sum of ten pounds to be paid her by my executor hereinafter named within twelve months next after my decease
I also give unto my daughter Ann King the chest of drawers now in her bedroom as also the bedstead and furniture with casters together with the feather bed bolster pillow blankets and sheets and all other the appurtenances thereunto belonging
And all the rest residue and remainder of my estate and effects of what nature and kind soever and wheresoever situate I give unto my son William King and I hereby appoint my said son William King sole executor of this my said Will
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this said 7th day of April 1837

Signed sealed published and declared by the said Elizabeth King the testatrix as for and to be her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at her request in her presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses hereto
