Proved in the Registry of the Archdeaconry of Exeter 19th of February 1817

Mary Luxton of Crediton in the county of Devon widow and sole executrix named in the last Will and Testament of John Luxton late of Cullompton in the said county miller who died on the twenty ninth day of September 1793

This is the last Will and Testament of me John Luxton of Cullompton in the county of Devon miller

I give and bequeath all and singular my personal estate monies goods and chattles whatsoever until my dear wife Mary Luxton her executors administrators and assigns to and for her own use and benefit

And I do constitute and appoint my said dear wife sole executrix of this my Will hereby revoking all and every other Will and Wills by me made and ratifying this alone to be my last

In witness whereof I the said John Luxton have to this my said Will set my hand and seal this twenty fifth day of April in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and ninety two

Signed sealed published and declared by the said testator John Luxton as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who subscribed our names as witnesses thereto in his presence and at his request and in presence of each other
