Proved in the Registry of the Archdeaconry Court of Exeter the 3rd May 1822

Maria Martin of Cullompton in the county of Devon spinster one of the executrixes named in the last Will and Testament of Mary Martin of Cullompton aforesaid, widow who died in December 1821

This is the last Will and Testament of me Mary Martin of the parish of Cullompton in the county of Devon widow

I give unto my son John Martin fifty pounds

I give unto my son Henry Martin fifty pounds

I give unto my son Philip Martin the sum of five pounds which said several legacies I direct to be paid by my executrixes hereinafter named within three months after my decease

All the rest residue And remainder of my money securities for money goods chattles and effects of what kind or nature so ever I give and bequeath to my daughters Maria Martin and Harriet the wife of James House gentlemen they paying all my just debts and funeral expenses and I nominate constitute and appoint my said daughters joint executrixes of this my Will

And I hereby revoke and make void all former and other Wills by me heretofore made and declare this to be my last Will and Testament

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the second day of October one thousand eight hundred and nineteen Mary Martin

Signed sealed published and declared by the testatrix Mary Martin as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in her presence at her request and in presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses
