Proved in the Registry of the Archdeaconry Court of Exeter the 31st March 1825
Elizabeth Martin of the parish of Cullompton in the county of Devon the widow and executrix named in the last Will and Testament of William Martin late of Cullompton, dairyman who died on the fourteenth of December last
In the name of God Amen the 11th day of December 1824 I William Martin dairyman of the parish of Cullompton being very sick and weak of body but of perfect mind and memory thanks to God do make and ordain this my last Will and Testament that is to say principally and first of all I give demise and dispose thesame in the following manner and form
First I give and bequeath unto my daughter Elizabeth Martin the sum of fifteen pounds to be paid by my wife Elizabeth Martin ten years after my decease
Also I give and bequeath unto my second daughter Jane Martin the sum of fifteen pounds to be paid her by my wife Elizabeth Martin ten years after my decease which said sums of money is to be placed in the Savings Bank at Exeter by my said wife Elizabeth Martin and the interest to go to my said wife Elizabeth Martin for the good of my younger children
Also I give and bequeath to my well beloved wife Elizabeth Martin whom I likewise constitute make and ordain my sole executrix of this my last Will and Testament all and singular my money goods and chattles by her freely to be possessed and enjoyed
And I do hereby utterly disallow revoke and disannul all and every other former Testaments Wills Legacies Bequests and Executors by me in any ways before mentioned willed and bequeathed ratifying and confirmed this and no other to be my last Will and Testament
