Appeared personally William Minson the sole executor named in the last Will and Testament of Robert Minson late of Colompton cooper who died on the 29th day of June 1827
This the last Will and Testament of me Robert Minson of Cullompton in the county of Devon cooper being of sound and disposing mind memory and understanding in manner following (that is to say)
First I give and bequeath unto my daughter Betty Shallis the wife of Samuel Shallis the sum of five pounds to be paid to her by my executor hereinafter named within six months after my decease
I give and bequeath unto my daughter Sarah Powe the wife of John Powe of Tiverton in the said county of Devon the sum of five pounds also to be paid her by my said executor hereinafter named within six months after my death
I give and bequeath unto my granddaughter Elizabeth Minson the sum of ten pounds also to be paid to her within six months after my decease by my said executor hereinafter named and I also give and bequeath unto my granddaughter Elizabeth Minson one moiety or half part of my household goods and furniture which she shall be entitled unto immediately on my decease
All those my messuages or dwelling houses and premises situate in Low Street in Cullompton aforesaid and also all other my real and personnel the state of what nature or kind soever and wheresoever situate debts credits monies and securities for money (subject nevertheless to and charged and chargeable with the payment of all my just debts funeral expenses and the expense of proving this my Will and the several legacies hereinbefore by me given) I give devise and bequeath unto my grandson William Minson his heirs executors administrators and assigns
And I hereby nominate constitute and appoint my grandson the said William Minson whole and sole executor and residuary legatee and devisee of this my Will hereby revoking and making void all former and other Will and Wills by me at any time heretofore made and do declare this to be my last
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my name and seal the seventeenth day of May one thousand eight hundred and twenty six
