Proved in the Archdeaconry Court of Exeter 29 Sep 1837

Appeared personally Mary Ann Minson of Cullompton in the county of Devon the sole executrix named in the last Will and Testament of Thomas Minson late of Cullompton aforesaid gentleman who died on the 6th day of May 1837

This the last Will and Testament of me Thomas Minson of Cullompton in the county of Devon gentleman made this twenty eighth day of March in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty seven

Whereas my late father John Minson deceased by his last Will and Testament in writing bearing date the twelvth day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty nine did among other things give and bequeath unto me the said Thomas Minson the whole of his household goods and furniture after the decease of my mother Mary Ann Minson and whereas my said father did also by his said Will direct as to for and concerning such monies estate and effects as he should die possessed of and not by him thereinbefore disposed of that his trustees therein named and the survivor of them his executors and administrators should stand possessed thereof upon trust for me his son Thomas Minson my executors administrators or assigns subject to the proviso therein mentioned

Now I do hereby give devise and bequeath all my right title interest property estate claim and demand whatsoever under or by virtue of the in part recited Will of my said father and also all other my estate and effects of what nature or kind soever unto my said mother Mary Ann Minson her executors administrators or assigns or assigns

And I hereby appoint my said mother Mary Ann Minson sole executrix of this my Will and I hereby revoke all former Wills by me at any time heretofore made and do declare this present writing to be my only last Will and Testament

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year first above written Thomas Minson

Signed sealed published and declared by the above mentioned Thomas Minson the testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto
