Memorandum that the fifth daie of February in the yere of our Lord God 1563
Emlyn Mogrige als Coxton late wife of Thomas Mogrige of the parishe of Collumpton decease beinge of perfecte mynde and memorye did make her last Will and Testament noncupative in manner and fourme as followeth that is to saie
The said Emlyn did give and bequeath to Thomas Coxton her husband all her goodes and chattells reserving the legacies and bequestes given to the children of the said Thomas Mogrige and other the legacies conteyned in the testament of the said Thomas Mogrige to the use of the legataries therin named
Which sayd Thomas Coxton she did make her sole executor of her said Testament
Being present at the premises Johan Clappe Margaret Ambrie Ellen Moyat Ellyn Franke and Elizabeth Cole with others
