Proved in the Archdeaconry Court of Exeter the 16th September 1825
Appeared personally William Drew of Bradninch in the county of Devon one of the executors named in the Will of Henry Mortimore formerly of Bradninch aforesaid but late of Cullompton in the same county, yeoman who died in the month of May 1822
This is the last Will and Testament of me Henry Mortimore late of Bradninch but now of Cullompton in the county of Devon yeoman
I give unto William Drew senr of Bradninch aforesaid gentleman my large leather box
I give unto Henry Bowden junr of Bradninch aforesaid gentleman my large pitchfork
All the rest residue and remainder of my monies securities for money goods chattels and effects of what kind or nature soever (after payment of my just debts and funeral expenses and the expenses of proving this my Will) I give and bequeath unto the said William Drew and Henry Bowden
In trust to divide the same as soon as conveniently may be after my decease amongst my wife and children in such parts shares and proportions as they the said William Drew and Henry Bowden shall in their discretion think proper and reasonable
And I nominate constitute and appoint the said William Drew and Henry Bowden executors of this my Will and I hereby revoke and make void all former and other Wills by me heretofore made and declare this to be my last Will and Testament
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty fifth day of May in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and twenty one Henry Mortimore
Signed sealed published and declared by the said testator Henry Mortimore as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto John Summers Jno Voisey
