Proved in the Archdeaconry Court of Exeter 6 Octr 1830

Appeared personally Charles Salter of Westcott in the parish of Cullompton in the county of Devon yeoman the sole executor named in the last Will and Testament of John Norman deceased who died on the 26th day of March 1830

This is the last Will and Testament of me John Norman of Cullompton in the county of Devon mason

I give and bequeath unto Charles Salter of Westcott in the parish of Cullompton yeoman all my monies goods chattles and personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever and of what nature or kind soever to hold to him the said Charles Salter his executors administrators and assigns

And I hereby appoint the said Charles Salter sole executor of this my Will In witness whereof I have hereunto subscribed and set my hand and seal to this my Will contained in one sheet of paper this third day of September one thousand eight hundred and twenty five

Signed sealed published and declared by the said John Norman as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request in his presence and in his the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses
