Appeared personally Anne Wolcott the wife of John Wolcott of Uffculme in the county of Devon mason Elizabeth Bastin wife of Henry Bastin of Bedminster in the county of Gloucester yeoman and Eleanor Holland wife of James Holland of Uffculme aforesaid wheelwright the sole executrixes named in the last Will and Testament of Mary Pannell late of Cullompton in the county of Devon widow deceased who died on or about the eighth day of March 1855
I Mary Pannell widow of Thomas Langford Pannell of the parish of Cullompton in the county of Devon to make declare and publish this to be my last Will and Testament
And I do hereby appoint my three sisters Anne Wolcot Elizabeth Bastin and Eleanor Holland joint executrixes of this my Will
In the first I do will that they shall pay all my just debts and funeral expenses after which I give unto my three sisters jointly all my money in the savings bank or lent on note of hand and property of every description wheresoever and whatsoever I leave at my death with wearing apparel and to be equally divided between them or the survivors of them share and share alike
And I declare this to be my last Will and Testament to which I set my hand and seal this 15th day of November in the year of our Lord 1842
