This is the last Will and Testament of me Charles Poole of Cullompton in the county of Devon gentleman

I give and bequeath unto my son Charles Poole all my real and personal estate of what nature or kind soever to hold the same unto my said son Charles Poole his heirs executors administrators and assigns to and for his and their own absolute use benefit and disposal subject nevertheless and charged with the payment of my just debts funeral expenses and the expense proving my Will

And I do hereby appoint my said son Charles Poole sole executor and residuary legatee of this my Will In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this eighteenth day of March one thousand eight hundred and forty seven Charles Poole

Signed sealed published and declared by the said Charles Poole the testator as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto

Proved at London 21st November 1856 before the judge by the oath of Charles Poole the son the sole executor to whom admon was granted having been first sworn by comon duly to administer
