Appeared personally Charles Radford of no 10 Great College Street Camden Town in the parish of Saint Pancras in the county of Middlesex builder one of the executors named in the last Will and Testament of Frances Radford late of Cullompton in the county of Devon widow deceased who died on the 22nd day of September 1844
This is the last Will and Testament of me Frances Radford of Cullompton in the county of Devon widow which I publish and declare as follows
I give unto my daughters Elizabeth Tozer and Ann Radford all my wearing apparel to be shared equally between them also to the said Ann Radford I give my best bed
I give and bequeath unto my two sons Charles Radford of the City of London and John Radford of Hastings all that my leasehold dwelling house garden and premises situate in the parish of Kentisbeare in the county of Devon and all my money goods chattels and effects whatsoever and wheresoever (except as aforesaid) money due to me on bond note or otherwise howsoever
Upon trust to sell the said dwelling house garden and premises as soon as possible after my decease for the best price that can be obtained for the same and all other my effects in their nature saleable and collecting all my monies due to me and call in all monies due on securities of any kind
And after payment of all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses then I direct and require my said two sons Charles and John at the expiration of three months next after my decease (or as soon after as circumstances will permit) to divide and pay the whole of the said monies to be realized in manner aforesaid unto and amongst all my children which shall be living at the time of my decease share and share alike
But if it happen my said daughter Elizabeth Tozer shall die in my lifetime then I direct my said executors to pay and divide her share equally between all her children living at the time of her death and if very young to invest the same in such manner as shall appear most advantageous for them
And I appoint my said two sons Charles Radford and John Radford executors in trust for fulfilling the purposes of this my Will hereby revoking all other Wills In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this fourth day of May one thousand eight hundred and forty three
