Proved 9th March 1857 in the Principal Registry of the Lord Bishop of Exeter
Appeared personally Ann Ridler of the parish of Cullompton in the county of Devon widow the sole executrix named in the last Will and Testament of John Ridler late of the parish of Cullompton aforesaid yeoman who died on the 8th day of February 1857
This is the last Will and Testament of me John Ridler of Week farm Collumpton in the county of Devon yeoman which I publish and declare as follows
I give unto my wife Ann Ridler all my property whatever I may die possessed of for her own and separate use without any control of my children
And I appoint my said wife Ann Ridler sole executor of this my Will revoking all other Wills and for my said executor to discharge all my just debts and receive all moneys that may be due to me at my decease
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this twenty first day of November one thousand eight hundred and fifty four

Signed by the said testator as his last Will and Testament in the presence of us present at the same time who in his presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as attesting witnesses
