Proved in the Registry of the Archdeaconry of Exeter the 17th of June 1821
Sarah the wife of John Winter of Cullompton in the county of Devon late Sarah Seaman the executrix named in the last Will and Testament of Joseph Seaman late of Cullompton aforesaid sergemaker who died on the thirteenth day of January inst
I Joseph Seaman of Cullompton in in the county of Devon sergemaker do make and ordain this to be my last Will and Testament in manner and form following
I give devise and bequeath unto my daughter Sarah Seaman all and singular my monies securities for money goods chattles and effects whatsoever and wheresoever and do hereby appoint her sole executrix of this my Will hereby revoking and making void all former and other Will and Wills by me heretofore made
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal this twenty third day of September in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifteen declaring and charging my said daughter to and with the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses
