This is the last Will and Testament of me Mary Stanford of Cullompton in the county of Devon widow which I publish and declare as follows

I devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever unto my nephew William Cross of Collumpton aforesaid veterinary surgeon his heirs executors administrators and assigns subject nevertheless to the payment of all my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses

And I appoint the said William Cross sole executor of this my Will hereby revoking all other Wills

In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this ninth day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and fifty three Mary Stanford

Signed by the said testatrix in the presence of us present at the same time who in her presence and at her request have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses Roger Rowe Sarah Poole

Proved at London 9th May 1854 before the judge by the oath of William Cross the nephew the sole executor to whom admon was granted having been first sworn by the comon duly to admr
