Proved 4th August 1846 in the Archdeaconry Court of Exeter

Appeared personally Sarah the wife of Henry Earland of Cullompton in the county of Devon wheelwright the daughter and surviving executrix named in the last Will and Testament of Henry Surridge late of Cullompton aforesaid cordwainer deceased who died on the 17th day of April 1846

Be it remembered that this is the last Will and Testament of me Henry Surridge within the parish of Cullompton in the county of Devon cordwainer made this sixth day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty seven

I give and bequeath unto my son Henry Surridge and also to my daughter Sarah Surridge all my lands and tenements goods and chattles real and personable estate and effects whatsoever to be equally divided between they said Henry Surridge and Sarah Surridge

And I hereby make and constitute the said Henry Surridge my said son and Sarah Surridge my daughter to be joint executors of this my last Will and Testament In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the day and year before first above written

Signed sealed published and declared by the said testator Henry Surridge as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who subscribed our names as witnesses hereto in the presence and at the request of the said testator and in the presence of each other
