Proved 12th December 1845 in the Archdeaconry court of Exeter
Appeared personally Robert Hole of Collumpton in the county of Devon labourer by implication the sole executor named in the last Will and Testament of Robert Talbot late of Cullompton aforesaid labourer who died on the fourth day of December 1851
This is to certify that I Robert Talbot give to Robert Hole the nephew of the said Robert Talbot in the year of our Lord 1851 October 10th the house and land and all the goods and all the money after my death and all household effects which is now at Chudleigh occupied by Thomas Clive and the said Robert Hole can give it or sell to whom he thinks proper and I wish you good luck with it and I Robert Talbot give to Edward Hole £10 to be paid to him by Robert Hole as soon as can be cumulated after my death
