Proved in the Registry of the Archdeaconry of Exeter 7th of February 1825

Sarah Tayler of Cullompton in the county of Devon widow the sole executrix named in the last Will and Testament of William Tayler late of Cullompton aforesaid yeoman who died on the 8th day of July last

This is the last Will and Testament of me William Tayler yeoman of Cullompton Devon being of sound mind memory and understanding.

First I give and bequeath unto my dearly beloved wife Sarah Tayler the sum of one hundred pounds now on a mortgage of two dwelling houses and garden commonly called or known by the name of Giles Tenement whereof John Isaak is owner

Should I chance to die before Joseph Tayler and he should make no other Will than what he has by him I leave her my whole and sole executrix in that case to what may fall to my share if she should received to give for the use of the Unitarian Meeting the sum of one hundred pounds for the school room and such other purposes as they may want it for
