Proved in the Archdeaconry Court of Exeter the 19th September 1828

Appeared personally Christopher Trump of Langford in the parish of Cullompton, yeoman the executor of Ann Trump who died 29th August 1828

This is the last Will and Testament of me Ann Trump of Langford in the parish of Cullompton in the county of Devon widow

First I give and bequeath unto my son Henry Mortimore the sum of ten pounds to be paid him by my executor hereinafter mentioned in six months after my decease

Also I give at the request of my late husband my son John Trump the sum of twenty pounds to be paid in six months after my decease

Also I give my son in law Edward Trump the sum of two shillings weekly and every week so long as he shall live to be paid him by my executor hereinafter named

Also I give to my grandson Anthony Trump the sum of ten pounds to be paid him by my executor when he attain the age of twenty one years but if he should happen to die before he attains that age then I give he said ten pounds to his three sisters Ann Jane and Mary Susanna Trump or to the survivors of them share and share alike when they attain their ages of twenty one years

Also I give to my granddaughter Mary Susanna Trump my six silver teaspoons and her mother two gold rings

Also I give to my granddaughter Ann Trump my tea caddy silver tea tongs and tea shovel

Also I give to my granddaughter Jane Trump the linen that is joined together for a bed quilt

All the rest residue and remainder of my monies goods chattles stock in trade personnel estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever after paying my just debts legacies and funeral expenses I give and bequeath unto my son Christopher Trump and I nominate constitute and appoint him sole executor of this my last Will and Testament

In witness whereof I have to this my last Will and Testament set my hand and seal this fourth day of October one thousand eight hundred and twenty seven the mark of Ann Trump

Signed sealed published and declared by the said testatrix Ann Trump as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at her request in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses hereto William Trump John Reed
