Proved in the Registry of the Archdeaconry of Exeter the 15th October 1819
Executrix Ann Trump of Langford in the parish of Cullompton, the widow and sole executrix of Anthony Trump who died twenty third day of July 1819
This is the last Will and Testament of me Anthony Trump of Langford in the parish of Cullompton in the county of Devon yeoman
I give and bequeath unto my son Edward Trump the sum of two shillings weekly and every week to be paid him by my executrix hereinafter mentioned as long as he shall live.
Also I give and bequeath unto my daughter Mary Davey widow five pounds to be paid by my executor by instalments of two shillings a week until this said sum of five pounds shall be expended
All the rest residue and remainder of my monies goods chattles stock in trade personal estate and effects whatsoever and wheresoever subject to the aforesaid legacies I give and bequeath unto my wife Ann Trump and I nominate constitute and appoint her sole executrix of this my last Will and Testament
And I do hereby request her my said wife that she will by her last Will and Testament give and bequeath unto my son John Trump the sum of twenty pounds
In witness whereof I have to this my last Will and Testament set by hand and seal this twenty first day of November one thousand eight hundred and sixteen Anthony Trump
Signed sealed published and declared by the said testator Anthony Trump as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses thereto
