Proved in the Registry of the Archdeaconry of Exeter the 7th of January 1825
Henry Matthews of Cullompton in the county of Devon glazier and William Tucker of the same place innholder the residuary legatees in trust named in the last Will and Testament of John Voisey late of Cullompton aforesaid innholder who died on the 6th day of September last
In the name of God Amen I John Voisey of Cullompton in in the county of Devon innholder do make and publish this my last Will and Testament in manner following (that is to say)
I hereby give devise and bequeath all my household goods stock in trade monies and securities for money unto my friends Henry Matthews of Cullompton aforesaid glazier and William Tucker of the same place innholder and the survivor of them and the exors and admors of such survivor
In trust in the first place to pay off and discharge all my just debts funeral expenses and the expense of proving this my Will then upon trust to pay over all the interest dividends and proceeds thereof unto my wife Hannah Voisey and her assigns for and during the term of her natural life
And from and immediately after her decease upon trust for my two daughters Eliza and Sophia to whom I give the same share and share alike
And my will and mind is that my said trustees immediately after my death to take an inventory of all my goods and household furniture and stock in trade and permit my said wife to have the same thereof but accounting unto my said trustees when called upon for the amount thereof
And my will and mind further is that my said Trustees shall not be answerable or accountable for any more monies than shall actually come to their hands and shall not be answerable for the acts and deeds of each other but only for their respective acts and deeds
In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand on seal this fifth day of September one thousand eight hundred and twenty four

Signed sealed published and declared by the said testator John Voisey as and for his last Will and Testament in the presence of us who in this presence at his request and presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses thereto
