Proved in the Archdeaconry Court of Exeter 8th Oct 1835
Appeared personally Thomas Webber of Cullompton in the county of Devon wheelwright and John Webber of the same place boot and shoemaker the executors named in the last Will and Testament of Sarah Webber late Cullompton aforesaid widow deceased who died on the 10th day of September 1835
This is the last Will and Testament of me Sarah Webber Cullompton in the county of Devon
I give and bequeath all my goods and money that is in house with the book debts unto my two sons Thomas and John Webber their exors admors and assigns subject to and with the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses
And I hereby order my executors Thos and John Webber to pay to my son William Webber the sum of five pounds in money and a suit of mourning the money to be paid him one month after my death
The note of hand that my son Thomas Webber gave me for the money I lent him I freely give to his wife Elizabeth Webber for her kindness to me in my declining state I gave it to her as a free gift for her own private use I have lodged the note in a friend’s hand which will deliver it into Elizabeth Webber’s own hands as her own property with the money thereon mentioned
And I hereby constitute and appoint my two sons Thomas and John Webber my sole executors of this my will
In witness whereof I the said Sarah Weber are hereunto set my hand and seal this tenth day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and thirty-four
