I Grace Westlake of Cullompton in the county of Devon widow do make and ordain this to be my last Will and Testament in manner and form following that is to say
In the first place I direct that all my debts if any and funeral expenses shall be paid and discharged by my brother John Oatton of Pitminster the care and management of which I leave to him
And I give and bequeath unto my sister Jane Hill of Trull in the county of Somerset widow the sum of ten pounds and all my wearing apparel of every sort and description
And as to for and concerning all other my monies goods chattels and effects whatsoever and wheresoever subject and chargeable to and with the payment of the aforesaid legacy to my said sister and my said debts if any I give and bequeath to my said brother John Oatton and my brother Joseph Oatton to be divided between them share and share alike and I do hereby make and appoint them joint executors and residuary legatees of this my Will
In witness whereof I the said Grace Westlake have hereunto set my hand and seal the eleventh day of June one thousand eight hundred and fourteen Grace Westlake
Signed sealed published and declared by the said Grace Westlake as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us J H Sweeting Henry Brutton
I Grace Westlake of Cullompton in the county of Devon widow do you make an ordain this my writing to be a codicil to be annexed to and taken as part of my last Will and Testament
I give and bequeath to my niece Mary Harwood of Wellington the sum of thirty pounds and to Elizabeth Westlake the wife of [ ] Westlake of Cullompton aforesaid taylor the sum of ten pounds which said legacies I direct shall be paid by my two brothers and executors named in my said Will within one month after my death
And in all other respects I hereby ratify and confirm my said Will in witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and seal the eighteenth day of March 1816 Grace Westlake witness hereto Mary Bilbie Harriet Bilbie
Proved at London with a codicil 18th of June 1816 before the judge by the oath of John Oatton her brother and one of the exors to whom admon was granted being sworn duly to administer power reserved to Joseph Oatton the brother also and other exor
